For a simple wedding within the Birmingham, West Midlands, Worcestershire or Warwickshire area expected to last an hour or less we charge £279. For this we run 2-3 cameras. If the service is further afield we’ll also charge for mileage at cost price.
We bring professional cameras, microphones and mobile broadcast equipment to the venue and set up discreetly before the service begins. The broadcast is streamed securely through a private online link that can be shared to whoever you want. Once the stream ends, the recording is uploaded for you to download and keep.
When you book a stream, we’ll send you a private link which you can share with all those who can’t make it. The service can be viewed live as it’s happening or later on.
Yes, for every funeral we stream we’ll also provide you with a download link in the following days so you can download a copy as a keepsake for free. We can also recorded services on a USB drive for £25 or other media at request.
We can live stream or record the speeches. We typically wouldn’t live stream a whole reception due to the open ended nature. But we can record highlights for highlights reel.
Availability is on a first come first serve basis. Sometimes we still have availability 24 hours before. So booking as far ahead as possible is recommended but if it’s a last minute situation it’s always worth getting in contact to see if we can help.
Yes, any Smart TV or Amazon Fire Sticks with an internet Browser can view the stream by typing in the link provided. Or if you have a casting feature such as Apple’s Air Play you can cast from a device such as a phone or Tablet. Please contact us in good time ahead of a stream for assistance. The stream is accessible to anyone with an internet connection you send the private link to anywhere in the world.
Sometimes churches and venues do have a camera and live streaming facility. This may be an option for you but these usually fixed cameras without close ups on the speakers and bespoke graphics. If you use Eventcast you’ll also have a dedicated operator to ensure there are no issues with the stream.
